From the delicacies of the northwestern frontiers to local Hyderabadi recipes and fresh coastal offerings, shipped in fresh and sustainably every morning from the Bay of Bengal. All of which can be paired with wines from the Wine Cabinet or topped off with tea from the Chai Bar. Unlike other 5-star restaurants in Hyderabad, Kanak also has two semi-private dining rooms for corporate dinners or family get togethers.

Buffet breakfast will be served at Kanak at P4 level. Lunch and Dinner will be served at Tuscany (P-6) and Kanak (P4).
