Trident Subscribe can only be redeemed at the hotel. Select the ‘pay at hotel’ option when you book directly or online at tridenthotels.com. Upon arrival, use your registered mobile number for seamless on-site payments.
5. How can I use Trident Subscribe for Dining?
You can use Trident Subscribe for dining at any Trident Hotel. When you arrive, simply share your registered mobile number with the hotel representative for seamless on-site payments.
6. How can I use Trident Subscribe for Spa?
You can use Trident Subscribe for spa services during your stay at any Trident Hotel. To ensure a smooth on-site payment process, kindly provide your registered mobile number to the hotel representative at check-out.
7. How is Trident Subscribe validated at payment?
At the time of payment, validation is done via an activation PIN sent to the mobile number registered with Trident Subscribe. Payment will be automatically deducted upon successful validation.
8. How can I check for Trident Subscribe account summary?
Account updates are sent via SMS to the registered mobile number and can also be checked on the Trident Privilege dashboard.
9. Can I get a refund or exchange my Trident Subscribe balance for cash?
No, once deducted, the payment cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
10. What if my payment exceeds my Trident Subscribe balance?
If the payment due exceeds your Trident Subscribe balance, the deficit must be covered using another payment method. Partial top-ups of Trident Subscribe are not available.
Trident Subscribe is an exclusive offering under which an individual, by paying a lump sum amount of Rs. 3,00,000 (Rupees Three Lakhs), will receive an additional benefit of 10% (i.e., Rs. 30,000). The amount paid under Trident Subscribe, including the additional benefit, may be utilised only for stays, dining, or spa services at participating Trident hotels in India.
