    • Trident Subscribe membership offerings can be redeemed at all participating Trident Hotels within India.
    • Trident Subscribe balance can be used for stays, spa services as a resident guest, and dining, subject to availability.
    • The Trident Subscribe balance, including the additional value, is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. The balance must be used within the validity period and cannot be extended. No refunds will be provided for any unused amount after the expiration of Trident Subscribe.

    1. Steps to purchase Trident Subscribe online:
      • Visit the Trident Subscribe page and click on ‘Purchase Online’ to initiate your purchase.
      • Once you complete and submit the registration form, you will be redirected to the payment gateway.
      • Upon successful payment, you will receive an e-mail containing a 16-digit Trident Subscribe ID. Use this ID to activate Trident Subscribe.
      • To activate Trident Subscribe, please log in to your Trident Privilege account.
    2. Steps to purchase Trident Subscribe offline:
      • Visit the Trident Subscribe page and click on ‘Send a Query’ to initiate your purchase.
      • Once you complete and submit the form, a representative from our team will contact you with further details and assist you with the payment process.
    3. How to activate Trident Subscribe:
      • To activate Trident Subscribe, you must first become a Trident Privilege member.
      • If you are already a member, please sign in to your account and click on the ‘Trident Subscribe’ tab.
      • If you are not a member, visit the Trident Privilege page, click on ‘join now’ and complete the registration form.
      • Once logged in, navigate to the ‘Trident Subscribe’ tab and select ‘activate.’
      • Enter the 16-digit Trident Subscribe ID provided in your email, to receive a 6-digit PIN on your registered mobile number. Enter the PIN to activate.

      • Once the PIN is successfully verified, the Trident Subscribe balance will be adjusted according to the authorised usage.​
      • You will receive an SMS with the details of the usage, which can also be reviewed on your Trident Privilege dashboard.
      • Once the amount is deducted, it cannot be refunded or credited back.
      • Partial top-ups are currently not permitted. If your total invoice exceeds your available Trident Subscribe balance, the remaining amount must be settled using an alternative payment method.

    Trident Subscribe is an exclusive offering under which an individual, by paying a lump sum amount of Rs. 3,00,000 (Rupees Three Lakhs), will receive an additional benefit of 10% (i.e., Rs. 30,000). The amount paid under Trident Subscribe, including the additional benefit, may be utilised only for stays, dining, or spa services at participating Trident hotels in India.


    Trident Subscribe is subject to the terms and conditions as set out below (“Terms and Conditions”), which describe the terms on which the benefits of Trident Subscribe are made available to the eligible purchasers (“you” or “purchaser”). Trident Subscribe is offered by EIH Limited, a company constituted under the laws of India, together with its subsidiaries, affiliates, and group companies, which own and/or operate hotels under ‘Trident’ brand (collectively, “Trident”).


    By purchasing Trident Subscribe, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Trident Subscribe and associated benefits are provided at the sole discretion of Trident. Trident reserves the right to modify, alter or update the Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.


    • The benefit of Trident Subscribe shall be available to those who make a lump sum payment of Rs. 3,00,000 (Rupees Three Lakhs). The amount paid, including the additional benefit of 10% (i.e., Rs. 30,000), will be reflected in the purchaser’s account. This amount can only be used for stays, dining or spa services at any of the participating Trident hotels in India.
    • The list of participating hotels where Trident Subscribe balance can be used are:
      Trident, Agra | Trident, Bandra Kurla, Mumbai | Trident, Bhubaneswar | Trident, Chennai | Trident, Gurgaon | Trident, Jaipur | Trident, Nariman Point, Mumbai | Trident, Udaipur.
    • To activate the Trident Subscribe offer, you must be an existing Trident Privilege member. If you are not already a member, you must enrol in Trident Privilege to activate the benefits under Trident Subscribe. The benefits of the Trident Privilege membership are in addition to Trident Subscribe benefits.     • Upon activation of Trident Subscribe, you will be upgraded to the Platinum Tier of Trident Privilege within 3-5 business days.
    • Once you make the payment, you will receive your Trident Subscribe ID, Activation PIN, Redemption PIN, and other transactional messages only on the mobile number or email address provided at the time of purchase of Trident Subscribe.
    • The amount paid under Trident Subscribe must be used within 365 days from the date of payment, after which any unused amount shall be forfeited. No refunds will be provided for any unused amount after the expiration.
    • Should you choose to reserve your stay at any of the participating hotels through the Trident website, you will have to select the ‘Pay at Hotel’ option in order to utilise your available Trident Subscribe balance. As part of this process, we may require you to authorise your credit or debit card.
    • You must be a resident of India and at least 18 years old at the time of purchase of Trident Subscribe.  
    • You shall maintain and use only one Trident Privilege account at any time and shall not share the said account with any other person.
    • You shall provide and maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information at all times.
    • Participation in Trident Subscribe is only for individuals and you shall not be permitted to subscribe to Trident Subscribe on behalf of, or as a representative of, a company, association, group, or other entity.
    • Participation in Trident Subscribe is entirely voluntary, and it is agreed and understood by you that such participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
    • Once the payment is made under Trident Subscribe, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
    • The amount or balance available under Trident Subscribe, and the benefits thereunder, cannot be utilised or redeemed for bookings made under the ‘advance purchase rate’ (APR)
    • The amount or balance available under Trident Subscribe, and the benefits thereunder, cannot be used in conjunction with negotiated rates or in cases where special rates have been availed.
    • The terms and conditions of the relevant Trident hotels, including but not limited to those relating to reservation, check-in/check-out timings, safety guidelines, shall apply in addition to the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions.
    • The hotel's child policy will apply to all spends made under Trident Subscribe
    • The benefits availed under Trident Subscribe are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
    • Trident retains the right to terminate the benefits under Trident Subscribe, including Trident Privilege membership, in the event the Purchaser (a) violates any of these Terms and Conditions; (b) commits any fraud or abuse, misrepresents, or attempts to misuse the benefits under Trident Subscribe; or (c) violates any law in connection with the use of Trident Subscribe or any benefits thereunder.
    • Cancellation of Trident Subscribe shall result in the forfeiture of any remaining unused amount in the account of the relevant Purchaser.
    • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes under this offer/programme are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or tribunals of New Delhi.
